Very nice apartment although close to Heatrow airport you don\'t hear the airplanes. The check in with an app was easy to use. I didn\'t get the code on time, but after one phone call they opened the door and send me the key later. We missed glasses and silverware in sufficient quantity, there were only 2 glasses of champagne, no wine or beer glasses. Also the cutlery was not enough for 4 persons. We bought new cutlery at the supermarket that was very close. We also missed a frying pan. The beds were good, the sofa is not comfortable to sit on. We didn\'t need to sleep on it. The parking place in front of the door is spacious enough for 1 car. We liked to come back in the apartment after a visit to London.
